Problem
Most of the work on a case was copy and paste
A client brings a passport, and a case manager retypes the same details into a power of attorney, an engagement letter, a formal claim, a statement of case and half a dozen more. Thirty to sixty minutes of mechanical work per case, done by someone hired for judgement. And a single typo in the details can surface much later, in court, when it is expensive.
Solution
Data once — documents as a package
The manager picks the type of case, fills in one screen — typed or dictated — and downloads a finished PDF package in the firm's house style. What goes into the package depends on the case: a flooding claim against a management company needs one set, a dispute with a neighbour another. The service knows those branches itself.
